Each guest is allowed to check-in two suitcases (up to 70 pound each) and one carry on smaller luggage (check with the airline for details). We pick up the guests at Detroit Airport and we will provide luggage space accordingly from the airport to Toledo.  Guests may not bring heavier suitcases than they can carry themselves. We can not provide help to each guest at the airport or at some homes (to take a suitcase up the stairs etc.)  Drivers are sometimes women who are not able to carry heavy suitcases from

and to the van or the truck. If you will bring additional items (like boxes with products for display) please let us know in advance, and we try to make the necessary arrangement. Do not send boxes to us in the last minute, because we can not guarantee that it will be available by the time you need it.

Please bring all your important items and some clothes for 2-3 days in your carry-on bag, in case your luggage will be delayed for some days.

You will collect information materials that you need to carry back with you, so bring a little larger suitcase. We are not able to cover or arrange any shipping related to these materials sent back to your home.

Guests are expected to wear business attire for all the training activities, reception and other joint professional program.  During free time and weekend program casual clothes are recommended.  Please consider the different climate if you are coming from a warm country. You need to bring warm winter clothes between October and April, and be prepared for air conditioning during all the other months at all public places and in many  homes.  If you are not used to the air condition, please bring an additional sweater to all occasion.  Traveling jointly in a car might be too cold or too warm for an individual, but will be impossible
